We have seen everything from pizza and sandwiches to breakfast for dinner, grilled cheese and soup. You can plan on serving approximately 150 individuals, including 90 children and 60 adults. We ask that you arrive with all foods prepared and ready to serve. You will have 30 minutes to set everything up, take photos, review our food service guidelines and ask any questions. We will begin serving at 6pm and cleanup at 7pm. We ask that you limit your group to 10-15 people and that all children are at least 5 years old and are able to stay directly with an adult. We also ask that you plan to bring everything that you will need to serve the meal, with the exception of tables, as we do not have a stocked food service kitchen. Activities can include dance classes, learning a fun new skill, classroom games, decorating cookies, craft projects, creating gifts for families during holidays, and more!
