
The goal of this program is to provide fun activities for the teenagers staying at the Connie Crosby Family Resource Center. It is our hope that by providing structured activities with positive role models, we are creating a shelter environment that is less stressful for the youngest of those affected by homelessness.
ROLES
Driver’s Assistant: The driver's assistant is responsible for doing a headcount and seatbelt check. We need a driver’s assistant each week for safety and accountability of our volunteers and our teen guests.
Driver: Drivers must have a clean driving record and be at least 21 years old. If you are interested in becoming a driver, please email volunteer@theroadhome.org.
Mentors: Mentors are responsible for providing supervision and acting as positive role models for youth.
