Host an Activity

Overview

Help us provide positive experiences for children and medically vulnerable people experiencing homelessness.

Scheduling

In order to accommodate multiple groups, we ask that you sign up no more than once a month. Individuals and Groups looking to host a reoccurring activity will need to attend an orientation and complete a background check.

Availability

Family Interim Non-Congregate Housing facility (FINCH): Tuesdays 5-6pm

Connie Crosby Family Resource Center (CCFRC): Wednesdays 5-6pm

Aging & Medically Vulnerable People Program (MVP): Weekday afternoons

Please note, if a slot at the MVP location has already been filled, you are signing up to assist with a planned activity.

Craft Supplies

We have some basic supplies available to use in the Playroom. If you need specific supplies, feel free to email and ask about availability. We generally have the following supplies available (please note that item availability is based on donations and may vary):

Crayons, markers, pencils/colored pencils

Scissors (adult, child and decorative), hole punches (various shapes/sizes)

Ribbon, erasers, pencil sharpeners, rulers

Paper, stencils, stamps (Ink is not currently available)

Beads, Foam stickers (various shapes/styles)
