Delivery InstructionsPlease bring the prepared to-go meals to CCFRC on your scheduled day between 8 am-11:30 am. We are located at 529 9th Ave, Midvale, UT 84047. Drive to the end of the road and enter the gate on the right side, which usually is open. Park in any available parking spot in front of the building. We can take items requiring refrigeration at this location. We ask for 30-50 meals but can take up to 100. Please let us know in the note section how many meals you are planning to bring. Delivery InstructionsPlease bring the prepared to-go meals to PARC on your assigned day between 9:30-11:30 am or 1:30-4:30 pm. We are located at 3380 S 1000 W, South Salt Lake, UT 84119. Please drive to the main entrance gate to be let in. This gate is located at the south end of 1000 W. Use the call box to let staff know you are dropping off to-go meals and they will let you in the gate.
