A Volunteer Coordinator supervises each shift. We ask volunteers to show up by 9:30 AM to get the room ready for the kids by 9:45 AM. Parents pick up their kids at approximately 10:45 AM. Volunteers are expected to clean the room before they leave. If we are unable to have at LEAST 2 volunteers per shift, we reserve the right to cancel Playgroup for the safety of the children and volunteers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Activities include playing with toys and Play-Doh, songs, story time, free play, crafts and snacks (if you want to bring a snack please comment on the sign up that you will do so). We can usually have up to 20 children in the playroom, depending on number of volunteers. We maintain a limit of 4 children per every 1 volunteer. Thank you!
