Make & Deliver 85-120 Sack Lunches

Overview

Thank you for your interest in providing to-go meals for the children and families at The Road Home's Connie Crosby Family Resource Center. We are grateful for your support! We want to make sure everyone at The Road Home will have the chance to eat. We distribute first to the pre-school age children, and then to the older family members.  

What to Include

In each to-go meal please provide one main dish (PB & J sandwich, peanut butter and honey sandwich, tuna pouch and bread, etc.), two sides (fruit, veggie sticks, string cheese, applesauce, fruit pouch/cup, etc.), one snack/dessert (cookie, chips, crackers, etc.), and one beverage (water, juice box, Capri Sun, etc.). We do not have any dietary restrictions.  We ask for 85-120 meals. Please let us know in the note section how many meals you are planning to bring. If items in lunches need refrigeration please label accordingly. 

Delivery Instructions

Please bring the prepared to-go meals to CCFRC on your scheduled day between 8 am-11:30 am.

We are located at 529 9th Ave, Midvale, UT 84047.

Drive to the end of the road and enter the gate on the right side, which usually is open. Park in any available parking spot in front of the building. You can enter into the front lobby and let the staff know you are to drop off sack lunches.
